Hard Cover Decorating Options
All our solid covers include a free logo - single color foil stamp or blind deboss with a maximum logo size of 3” x 4” (12 square inches). There is a one-time metal die charge of $125.00 or choose from our list of stock logos at no cost. For larger foil stamping images or for any of the other decorating options described below, please call toll free 866-653-2777 for pricing. In-stock foil colors are gold, copper, silver, red, blue, green, white and black. Most colors are available in either shiny or matte (dull) finish. Other colors are available as special order (please allow additional time for delivery of your covers). Customer must furnish good black and white digital artwork for a custom metal die. The quality of the art work will determine the quality of the final cover image, and we will let you know if the art you provide is not suitable. Our graphic artists can clean up and sharpen images or create a logo for you. Artwork done by ClearGuard Products, Inc. is $50.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. All hard covers require 7-15 working days after art approval. Allow more time for large orders.

		Deboss (blind) This process depresses your logo into the surface of the cover material. Deboss imprints provide a subtle, understated treatment of your logo to achieve a high level of drama.
Foil Stamp This process utilizes glistening or matte foils to duplicate your logo on the surface of the cover material. This is the standard and least expensive method of getting your name or logo on the cover of your menu.
	Screen Print This screen imprinting process is applied directly to the cover material surface. Multiple colors makes your logo snap. This decorating option is available on many of our products.
FoilFil Give your standard imprints an extra dimension. FoilFill combines metallic or colored foils with the drama of deboss. This simple second step provides a subtle upgrade.
		Gallery Window The fastest way to add your name or logo in full color - a printed card with your choice of art is inserted behind a die cut window. A layer of clear plastic protects the image from spills. Chose from our stock photographs to which we add your restaurant name, or furnish your own art work as a digital file. We can also foil stamp your restaurant name on the card for added .
